Workflow

• Restructure custom form in workflow to provide flexible configuration and better experience: First, client can build the form to collect information from customers to finish the supplementary verification. Second, the custom form can suitable to different device e.g. phone, computer, pad. Third, the custom form includes pre-defined input box and flexible adjustment of position and spacing. Finally, data nodes with the ability to pre-populate, and allow for manual  overwrite if needed.

Cases & Verifications

• Enhanced services now allow for scorecard recalculation and dynamic risk level adjustments based on the new scores: In the verification result details of case, reviewers can view the original score obtained by scorecard execution and recalculate the score of scorecard according to the results of AML profile remark review; Agent can modify the risk level according to the score obtained by recalculating the scorecard, and synchronize it to the customer profile.

Customer Profile

• Support configuring AML monitoring and adding Alias name to customer profile: First, support configuring monitoring Enable/Disable button for customer profile. Second, support adding multiple customer alias names in customer profile.

Webhook

• Add profile changed event in Webhook system: Expand the webhook events system including the customer profiles related events.
