Overview
Workflows in One Stop are highly configurable and designed to automate manual decisions, thereby reducing the time spent on manual reviews. The workflow configuration consists of three types of nodes: Interface, Action, and Condition. Each type of node serves a specific purpose and can be combined in a flexible and customizable manner. Here's an overview of these nodes:
-
Interface Node:
- The Interface node is responsible for interacting with users.
- It facilitates the user's input, display of information, and any necessary user interactions within the workflow.
-
Action Node:
- The Action node is responsible for collecting data and performing specific actions.
- It enables the collection of necessary data elements and triggers actions required for decision-making within the workflow.
-
Condition Node:
- The Condition node is responsible for decision-making based on specified conditions.
- It evaluates the collected data and determines the appropriate course of action based on the defined conditions.
Each node type requires independent completion in terms of definition, configuration, and execution. This modular approach allows for flexibility and adaptability when designing workflows to meet specific business and compliance requirements.
Once the workflow configuration is completed, users can experience and test the workflow to ensure it aligns with their business and compliance needs. If adjustments or improvements are necessary, the workflow can be modified and refined at any time.
This iterative process of configuring, testing, and refining workflows ensures that the automated decision-making process meets the desired objectives and optimizes efficiency within the organization.
