Step 1: Accessing Verification page

  • Click the "All Verifications" button on the left column to navigate to the "verifications" page.

Step 2: Atributes of verification

  • Each verification record in the list has various attributes, including a unique Verification ID, an approval status (such as APPROVE or REJECTED), a Reference ID, the customer's name, the associated workflow, the Case ID, and the verification status. These attributes provide important information about each verification.
    • Verification ID: String of characters automatically generated by Onestop Platform representing verifications
    • Approve status: approve status includes several types:
      APPROVE: The review result is approved
      REJECTED: The review result is declined
    • Reference ID
    • Customer Name: Customers' name.
    • Workflow: Auditing logic of the onboarding journey. Please see the "Workflow" section for detailed information.
    • Case ID: The case ID associated with this verification
    • Status: verification status includes several types:
      CREATED: Verification has been created.
      IN PROGRESS: Verification has not been completed.
      FAILED: System error.
      EXPIRED: Verification takes a long time.
      COMPLETED: Verification has been completed.

Step 3: View the Verification detail

  • To view the details of a specific verification, click on the corresponding verification record. This will take you to the "detail" page for that verification, as shown in "Figure 2 - Verification detail". The detail page consists of several sections:
  • Verification Information: This section provides details about the verification, including relevant dates and additional information.
  • Person Information/Customer Information: This section displays the basic information of the person or customer associated with the verification. If a Reference ID is present, indicating the existence of a customer profile, the section will be labeled as "Customer Information". Otherwise, it will display personal information.
  • Check Summary: This section provides a summary of the verification, including the total number of matched hit profiles and the verification results.
  • AML Watchlist Check Result: If there are any hit profiles related to the verification, this section will display the profiles. It provides information about the matched profiles and their associated details.

By navigating through the verification detail page, you can access crucial information about each verification, allowing you to review and analyze the verification results effectively.
